Job summary

Yulista Solutions, LLC is seeking a Buyer II/III in Houston to manage comprehensive procurement activities across the lifecycle. You will source suppliers, issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms to support aerospace programs.

You will maintain procurement documentation, ensure compliance with program requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to meet urgent customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Experience in procurement, supplier sourcing, and RFQ/RFP processes required.
• Knowledge of FAR or government contracting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement actions from requisition to closeout.
• Develop RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate terms.
• Conduct market research and identify qualified suppliers.
• Prepare procurement documents and ensure audit-ready files.
