Negotiates and administers complex purchase orders and agreements. Issues and administers purchase orders, purchase change orders and requests for quotes to suppliers while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable Federal, state, and/or local regulations concerning the purchase or shipment of goods, materials or services.* Drives supplier selection. Conducts supplier site visits and rates them as to production capability, performance and delivery. Manage supplier relationships, including performance monitoring (cost, quality, delivery) and corrective action implementation. Proactively addresses issues and escalates as needed.* Resolves complex invoice discrepancies, receiving issues and supplier disputes. Maintains accurate and complete procurement records.* Collaborates with internal stakeholders including manufacturing, planning, and engineering departments to ensure alignment with program schedules and requirements.
