Job summary

Curtiss-Wright – Middleburg Heights is seeking a Bolting Solutions Sales Engineer to provide technical support for customer integration of our products. The role blends pre-sales and post-sales consulting, with travel to customer sites as needed and remote work possible.

You will leverage engineering knowledge to propose service plans, troubleshoot issues, and support outages and spare parts forecasting, while working with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of related experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and follow test instructions.
• Must be able to gain unescorted access to an operating nuclear power facility.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and presents service, maintenance and new equipment needs to ensure feasible solutions.
• Conducts pre- and post-sale activities, outage planning, and customer training.
• Develops and maintains inventory, training programs and reporting for product lines.
• Travel flexibility to support customers, including holidays and weekends.
