Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Services Business Unit Manager to lead day-to-day operations, sales, and accounting for the assigned unit. You will oversee safety, profitability, and resource allocation while guiding a team to meet growth targets.

The role requires a strong background in service delivery, outside sales, and budgeting, with excellent communication and leadership abilities. Travel 5–10% of the time to job sites and offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience in service industry.
• Outside sales and new business development experience.
• Ability to manage profit and losses and provide weekly/monthly projections.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of company policies and ability to lead with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Make Safety the number one priority in the business unit.
• Develop and implement execution plan to maximize profitability.
• Lead Services team and uphold Core Values; lead by example.
• Coordinate with Corporate Operations to share Best Practices and resources.
• Hiring and disciplinary duties.
• Meet or exceed growth goals.
• Monitor KPIs: safety, financials, forecasting, AR, sales team performance.
• Provide leadership for operations within the business unit to ensure cohesion.
• Allocate resources to meet customer commitments.
• Manage staffing and budgeting to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate standards.
• Meet or exceed financial budgets and pricing reviews.
• Implement Productivity Improvements and quality assurance.
• Maintain consistency in Project and Field Management processes.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction.
