Job Description:

Job Summary:

Key responsibilities include analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing diverse business processes within the Legal Services organization. The primary focus will be on mapping the current state processes from our existing tool to the newly developed one and developing low-code/no-code workflow-based solutions. Working closely with various teams and departments, this role will actively contribute to achieving the organization's overall objectives for the programs.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Drive complex business processes mapping across different departments, understanding their inputs, outputs, and dependencies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Identify and gather relevant data and performance metrics related to the processes being analyzed, utilizing various tools, software, and methodologies to collect and analyze data effectively. Interview process actors and stakeholders to capture accurate representation of the current state process.
  • Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes using established performance indicators and benchmarks, comparing them to industry best practices and organizational goals.
  • Design and document streamlined and standardized processes, incorporating best practices and industry standards to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.
  • Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather insights, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's overall processes.
  • Drive the implementation of process changes by creating detailed action plans, coordinating training for relevant stakeholders, and ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
  • Develop, deploy, and drive the adoption of low-code/no-code workflow-based solutions using technologies such as Power Platform, Decisions, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Identify opportunities for leveraging technology and automation to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Advanced at navigating the enterprise, knowing how to engage, when and how.

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Job-related experience in process reengineering.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve process-related issues.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional ability to actively listen to stakeholders; observe and deduce process trends, inefficiencies, pain points, and gaps.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Ability to create advanced Power BI dashboards preferred.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) preferred.
  • Experience utilizing Generative AI tools and approaches.
  • Experience implementing workflow, RPA, and/or business intelligence-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint/MS365, Power Platforms, MS Co-pilot, and Automation Anywhere considered an asset.

The Compensation range for this role is 58,680.00 - 117,361.20 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
