Job summary

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare well documented functional specifications, test plans and test cases; conduct research analysis for accurate design.
• Serve as functional lead on moderately complex projects and coordinate meetings.
• Discuss application changes with business clients and document specifications.
• Coordinate estimates for project components including timelines and phases.
• Provide post-implementation support, issue resolution, and debriefs.
