Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing partner, seeks a Business Systems Analyst III to bridge business needs and technical solutions across departments. You will analyze, design, and implement complex systems to drive efficiency and enable scalable processes.

Collaborate with development teams, QA, and project managers through the SDLC, document requirements, create test plans, and support users. A background in SAP ECC and PLM tools is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in manufacturing/global enterprise.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system design.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience with SAP ECC and MES/PLM tools (Windchill/Agile PLM).
• Data analysis skills (SQL, Excel) and familiarity with Generative AI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs into requirements.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvements and automation.
• Design system solutions with data models and process flows.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management through SDLC.
• Create test plans, coordinate UAT, and support deployed systems.
• Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
• Serve as SME for assigned domains and provide end-user support.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and change mgmt.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and Jabil needs.
