Eightelevengroup in Charlotte, NC is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst for a multi-year contract. The role is hybrid (3 days on-site) and pays $49-$53 per hour.

You will analyze and optimize computer-based business applications, coordinate with engineering, permitting, and vendors, and support senior management with data-driven improvements. Candidates with 10+ years of experience and strong analytical skills are preferred; onsite skill assessments may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience analyzing and improving computer-based business systems.
• Proficiency with business process analysis and workflow optimization.
• Experience with asset management systems (Maximo) and GIS platforms (Small World, My World).
• Strong work order management and project closeout knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Verify all Equipment Change Requests (ECRs) are submitted and consult with Engineering to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure GIS Update Requests are submitted to the GIS team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Run Asset Automation in Maximo, perform hierarchy checks, and confirm asset data completeness.
• Monitor and verify completion and closure of Work Order tasks and follow up with owners.
• Update Facilities Ratings Database and communicate with the FAC-008 team as required.
• Collaborate with ARC Analyst to resolve ARC failures and assist with as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with Permitting to ensure all permits are closed out and address issues with third-party vendors.
• Provide team updates on project closeout activities and complete CCFs monthly until project closure.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reporting and forecast adjustments as required.
• Analyze company functions to improve computer-based business applications for optimal resource use.
