Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Business Systems Analysis, Senior Specialist to drive innovation within Demand Response Systems & Technology and deliver data-driven insights across programs that support a reliable energy grid in California.

The role requires translating business needs into system specifications, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering scalable solutions while ensuring security and governance across stakeholders and vendors.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in information technology development.
• Experience with Demand Response programs and supporting systems, distributed energy resources (DERs), CAISO wholesale market operations.
• Experience with vendor relationships, contract administration, service-level monitoring, budgeting and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Generates insights to operational performance and leads efforts to operationalize solutions.
• Conducts process assessments and develops process maps.
• Translates business requirements to detailed system specifications and evaluates against capabilities.
• Produces reports and dashboards to support analytics needs.
• Monitors system implementation and ensures user satisfaction; provides hands-on support.
