Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a Solutions/Systems Analyst or related enterprise role.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specs and implementation plans.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Exposure to AI-enabled solutions including Copilot and enterprise AI initiatives.

We are seeking a technically strong Senior Solutions Analyst to support enterprise systems modernization, AI-driven business initiatives, and next-generation workflow automation programs. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, technology leadership, and architecture groups, helping define, document, and guide scalable solutions involving enterprise applications, systems integrations, content platforms, and AI-enabled technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong business systems expertise with technical depth and experience supporting AI implementations in enterprise environments. This individual should be comfortable participating in architecture discussions, documenting solution recommendations, and helping guide implementation efforts while partnering with engineering teams for execution.

Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in Sacramento.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and enhance internal business systems supporting content, data, and operational workflows
• Gather and document business requirements, technical specifications, system processes, architecture recommendations, and workflow improvements
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, infrastructure partners, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support and improve enterprise applications including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, knowledge management platforms, content management systems, and other business-critical technologies used across the organization
• Evaluate and support implementation of AI-driven business solutions, intelligent automation initiatives, and emerging technologies
• Analyze and document complex workflows involving APIs, enterprise integrations, large data environments, automation platforms, and AI-enabled technologies
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to document solution designs, system integrations, technical recommendations, and implementation approaches
• Support AI-enabled initiatives involving Microsoft Copilot, workflow orchestration, intelligent automation, enterprise search, knowledge management, SharePoint, ServiceNow, content management, and publication systems
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, data quality, operational efficiency, and decision-making through AI and modern technology solutions
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, architecture principles, and long-term technology strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Solutions Architect, Technical Product Manager, or similar enterprise technology role
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical specifications, solution recommendations, and implementation plans
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, implementation, production support, and enterprise solution delivery
• Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ServiceNow, systems integrations, APIs, workflow automation, and large-scale business platforms
• Experience supporting or implementing AI-enabled business solutions including Microsoft Copilot, workflow automation platforms, intelligent business systems, AI-driven process improvements, or enterprise AI initiatives
• Exposure to Generative AI, Copilot, enterprise search, knowledge management, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Familiarity with content management, publication systems, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, knowledge management, enterprise search, enterprise intranets, or large-scale content environments
• Experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams on technical solution design and implementation efforts
• Automotive industry experience in diagnostics, repair, engineering, data, or shop operations is preferred but not required
