This position reports to the HQ Sales Operations Systems Director and supports key initiatives related to Salesforce and the WW Sales organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems within Salesforce, Clari, and integrated applications.
• Identify gaps and provide technical expertise for system requirements and scalability.
• Translate complex business needs into process design and Salesforce implementation.
• Assist with process, organization, testing, training, and maintenance strategies.
• Manage Salesforce enhancements and large projects.
• Represent the interests of various business groups supporting sales applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Note: This is not a developer role. Development efforts are handled by our IT team.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, SFDC principles, Salesforce CPQ, and Lightning UX.
• SFDC Admin Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce ETM is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a changing environment.
• Proven project management experience.
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Work is primarily in-office in Santa Clara, CA, in accordance with company policies.

The annual base salary ranges from $163,000 to $246,000, based on role, level, and location. The role may include incentive pay and equity. We offer benefits like flexible time off, wellness resources, and team events. More info at purebenefits.com.
