What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in discovery and design sessions to ensure requirements are understood
- Document all technical requirements and review them with business and tech teams for completeness and accuracy
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct end-to-end testing to ensure system configurations meet requirements
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in the system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in HRIS
- Knowledge of the Workday Recruiting module is required
- Proven ability to manage relationships with both internal and external collaborators
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with interview scheduling and interview management tools such as BrightHire
- Strong understanding of the recruiting function
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels within the organization
- Ability to drive efficiency while managing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage user expectations
