Job summary

ExampleCorp is seeking a Business System Administrator to safeguard and optimize our core business applications at our Atlanta headquarters. You will install, test, and maintain critical systems and collaborate with business analysts to drive improvements.

Based in Atlanta, you will ensure availability, performance, and security of applications, while maintaining documentation and user accounts. A strong background in major business systems and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business systems administration or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one major business system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ExampleCorp's business applications.
• Ensure that business applications are available to authorized users.
• Monitor business application performance and capacity.
• Troubleshoot business application problems.
• Apply security updates to business applications.
• Maintain documentation for business applications.
• Create and maintain user accounts for business applications.
