Job summary

GlobalSource IT is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own manufacturing finance applications within a global SAP environment and drive the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

The successful candidate will partner with controllers, cost accountants, and finance leadership to optimize processes, develop SAP solutions, and become the trusted advisor for Finance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–8+ years of SAP Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong SAP Finance/CO-PA knowledge for manufacturing.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC with SAP S/4HANA migrations preferred.
• Ability to gather requirements and write functional specs.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration with controllers and finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to analyze processes and develop SAP solutions.
• Design, test, implement, and support enhancements for manufacturing finance processes.
• Develop functional specs and reporting requirements; create test plans.
