Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Specialist to be the trusted day-to-day partner for a portfolio of business units across US and international markets, owning the full solution lifecycle from discovery through delivery, while mentoring the broader NYC Specialist team.

You will lead discovery, scoping, and requirements gathering, build and automate workflows, write integration specs, manage data migrations, and enable adoption of AI tools to solve recurring problems

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in business/systems analysis or enterprise no-code/low-code administration.
• Strong requirements gathering, process-mapping, and documentation skills.
• Experience with data migrations and leading change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned business units and run discovery, scoping, and requirements sessions.
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows for label, marketing, and release operations.
• Write specs for integrations with internal Sony Music systems and lead data migrations.
• Test solutions with end users, gather feedback, and share best practices with the team.
• Lead enablement and change-adoption efforts including AI-tool usage for recurring problems.
