Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Co invites a Sr. Business Process Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between WPB operations and technology teams.

You will drive process design, system utilization, and digital transformation with SAP and Pega, ensuring scalable, data-driven practices across global WPB operations. You will shape future-state processes, prioritize enhancements, and promote adoption of standard procedures while supporting deployment of business systems from the WPB team’s roadmap.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
5+ years of experience in business process/systems analysis or related discipline
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or service delivery environments
Experience with configuration of SAP ECC or integrated ERP/BPM systems

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews
Translate business needs into user stories, rules, and functional requirements
Document workflows, SOPs, process maps, and work instructions
Facilitate requirements reviews and obtain stakeholder alignment
Support testing and validation of system functionality
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions
Develop training materials and end-user training sessions
Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
