Job summary
Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Sr. Business Process Analyst to bridge WPB operations and technology, focusing on SAP and BPM—driving standard, data-driven processes and system roadmaps across global operations.
The role partners with stakeholders to define future-state processes, translate needs into tech-enabled solutions, and promote adoption of best practices. Based out of New Stanton, PA with a mobile, enterprise-wide scope.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business process/systems analysis, operations improvement or related discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or service delivery environments.
- Experience with configuration of SAP ECC or integrated ERP/BPM systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
- Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, process documentation, and functional requirements.
- Document workflows, standard operating procedures, process maps, and work instructions.
- Facilitate requirements review sessions and obtain stakeholder alignment.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and understood by technical teams.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure system functionality.
- Identify causes of process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training sessions on business processes.
- Serve as a champion for continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

As a Sr. Business Process Analyst, you will serve as a strategic liaison between Westinghouse Parts Business' (WPB) business operations and technology teams, providing thought leadership on business process design, system utilization, and digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for maximizing the value of enterprise business systems, with a primary focus on SAP and Pega, by ensuring solutions are aligned with operational objectives, scalable business processes, and long-term organizational strategy.
Additionally, you will partner with stakeholders across WPB to define future-state business processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping system roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and promoting adoption of standard, efficient, and data-driven business practices throughout the organization. Critically, you will support the design and deployment of business systems across WPB's global operations.
You will report to the Sr. Manager, WPB Systems and Strategy. This is a mobile role based out of our New Stanton, PA facility.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business process/systems analysis, operations improvement or related discipline
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or service delivery environments
- Experience with configuration of SAP ECC or integrated ERP/BPM systems
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,200 to $106,500 per year.
