Job summary

You will translate business needs into developer-ready specifications, define data mappings, and drive API-based data exchange to ensure accurate, auditable processes.

Collaborating with suppliers, lenders, and IT, you will lead improvements across cycles, support system integrations, and guide production changes from design to rollout.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business process or systems analysis.
• Experience translating requirements into technical specs.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current-state processes end to end across all departments and cycles, identifying breakdowns and control gaps.
• Serve as liaison with major suppliers, lenders, and third-party financing partners.
• Diagnose root causes behind process failures and propose solutions for adoption by owning department.
• Define data requirements and translate business processes into developer-ready specifications, including data mappings and API contracts.
• Evaluate systems integration opportunities and lead testing, validation, and cutover.
