Black & Veatch is seeking a Business Process Technology Senior Analyst to drive analytics, reporting, and automation across business processes. You will lead requirements gathering, design technical solutions, and support data management initiatives to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field preferred.
Experience with business process analysis, data analysis, reporting, automation, or technology solution delivery.
Experience developing low-code/no-code solutions, dashboards, reports, or workflow automations.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in enterprise reporting, analytics, or BI solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize complex business process, data, reporting, and technology needs.
Lead requirements gathering, design, implementation planning, and production support for analytics and data management solutions.
Assess processes and technology to identify opportunities for improvement and governance objectives.
Collaborate to implement and improve technology solutions with alignment to architecture and security.
Develop training materials and user guidance to promote adoption of technology solutions.
Support cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of data assets and reporting capabilities.
