Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Business Process Lead III to optimize business systems across Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing and Quality in an onsite role based in Quincy, MA. You will act as the functional owner for key processes, partner with IT and vendor teams, and drive enhancements in a regulated medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years in Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Business Systems or IT.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting testing activities, validating system changes or participating in technology implementations.
• Experience leading discussions, supporting projects, collaborating across functions and resolving business process issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business systems representative and functional owner for assigned warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing and quality processes.
• Support SAP, Manhattan and related warehouse technologies by analyzing issues, assessing business impact and driving sustainable solutions.
• Gather, analyze, document and manage business requirements for system enhancements, projects, process improvements and operational initiatives.
• Create, coordinate and execute testing activities, including test scripts, user acceptance testing and validation of business process and system changes.
• Lead or support small- to medium-sized projects, cross-functional workstreams, system enhancements and technology deployments.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, IT, Product teams and vendors to improve operational effectiveness and end-user experience.
• Develop process documentation, training materials, reports, dashboards and project communications.
• Develop, analyze and communicate department metrics, KPIs and reporting insights to support decision-making.
