Boston Government Services, LLC (BGS) is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant (Business Analyst III) to support federal programs in Washington, D.C. This evergreen pool gathering qualified candidates is contingent on contract award.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of IT solution, software project management, and business process automation experience. The position is hybrid in Washington, D.C. with on-site presence 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in IT solution and software project management, business process automation, or related field.
• Active security clearance required.
• On-site in Washington DC area 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation for enterprise initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance to agency heads and senior managers on process improvement and IT solutions.
• Design and conduct executive workshops, benchmarking, and surveys.
