Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in process/systems analysis or operations improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or service delivery.
• Experience with SAP ECC or integrated ERP/BPM systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process reviews.
• Translate business needs into user stories, business rules, and functional requirements.
• Document workflows, SOPs, process maps, and work instructions.
• Facilitate requirements review sessions and obtain stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and understood by technical teams.
• Support testing and validation activities to ensure system functionality.
• Identify causes of process inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop training materials and facilitate end-user training.
