In this highly collaborative role, you'll partner with leaders, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to analyze performance data, facilitate process and value stream mapping, and recommend solutions that improve how work is planned, prioritized, and delivered. You'll help connect strategy to execution by enabling leaders to measure outcomes, eliminate waste, improve flow, and maximize business value. You'll also develop communications, training, and change management resources that help teams confidently adopt new ways of working. By helping teams continuously improve how they work, not just what they deliver, you'll contribute to building a more agile, customer-focused organization where continuous improvement is embedded into how we plan, deliver, and improve every day.
The range for this position is $89000 to $148100. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc).
