Truist seeks an experienced executive operations leader to partner with Technology, Data and Operations (TD&O) to support strategic reporting, performance insights, and leadership communications. You will translate complex information into concise narratives and coordinate inputs across a broad stakeholder community.

Partner with senior leaders across Technology, Data and Operations (TD&O) to support strategic reporting, performance insights, executive communications, and leadership review processes. Translate complex operational and business information into concise narratives, presentations, and recommendations that support informed decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, support governance and planning routines, and communicate priorities, progress, challenges, and strategic objectives across a broad stakeholder community. Lead and support key initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, strengthen organizational alignment, and drive continuous improvement through technology and process innovation.
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
