POSITION SUMMARY
Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (“IES”) is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst.This role will be responsible for delivering enterprise‑level revenue‑cycle and strategic analytics and producing actionable insights and KPIs that advance operational and financial goals. Will collaborate with senior leaders to translate complex data into clear, strategic guidance aligned with organizational objectives . Will be required to work a Hybrid schedule at the corporate office in D allas, TX, 75244.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- A nalyze end‑to‑end revenue‑cycle performance (charge capture, coding, billing, denials, collections, accounts receivable) to identify drivers of variance, leakage, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design, build, and optimize advanced SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to aggregate data from multiple sources and enable scalable, self‑service reporting.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define, develop, and maintain enterprise and service‑line KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards that track financial and operational health.
- Provide strategic guidance by framing analytical findings within organizational goals, recommending actionable initiatives, and measuring impact post‑implementation.
- Develop and maintain interactive business‑intelligence dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) that enhance decision‑making speed and accuracy.
- Lead cross‑functional projects focused on process improvement, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee and train the day‑to‑day work of junior analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices in data governance, SQL development, and data storytelling.
- Educate cross‑functional departments on interpreting and utilizing KPIs and analytical findings to drive informed decisions.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job. Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years’ progressive experience in business operations, strategy, or financial analytics with substantial exposure to revenue-cycle functions
Preferred:
- Master's Degree (MBA, MHA, MS Analytics) and/or certification in Lean Six-Sigma
- Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with revenue-cycle management systems and data sets
