Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of lending, credit analysis, or underwriting experience.
• Experience underwriting business-purpose loans and lines of credit.
• Experience with business-purpose real estate lending and related credit analyses.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite business-purpose loan requests per policy and regulation.
• Review loan packages for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze financial information including statements and tax returns.
• Evaluate cashflow, DSCR, debt service, and other metrics.
• Assess collateral value, loan-to-value, and guarantor strength.
• Prepare credit memoranda and recommendations for review.
• Conduct annual reviews of business lending relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of lending policies and regulatory requirements.
