Ameren Services is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to generate reports and scalable analytics across the organization. You will design, implement, and optimize data-driven solutions, dashboards, and models to support client services and product improvements.

The role requires building data pipelines, collaborating with business teams to identify data sources, and delivering actionable insights through Oracle BI, Power BI or Focal Point within an agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in math, stats, CS or business.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidates without a degree may be considered with 4+ years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and datasets for end users from system tools and queries.
• Develop analytics solutions to address business problems and support product enhancements.
• Manage daily data analytics across Ameren's analytics portfolio.
• Create dashboards and modeling to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to source data for analytic solutions.
• Build visual reports to answer customer questions.
