Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a BI Lead to drive Microsoft BI implementations for clients, focusing on data models, reports, and dashboards.

You will design and develop in SQL Server, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory, while mentoring teammates and ensuring on-time delivery. Strong Supply Chain knowledge and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 4–5 years’ experience with Microsoft BI technologies: SQL Server (T-SQL, schema design).
• Azure Data Factory (data pipelines, transformations).
• Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report development).
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes (Finance, Sales, Manufacturing).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead small development teams.
