Responsibilities:

1. Translate Business Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop Power BI solutions.
2. Develop Reports and Dashboards: Design, test, and deploy advanced Power BI reports that support strategic decisions.
3. Create Visualizations: Build custom visuals and integrate reports into applications for enhanced user experience.
4. Data Modeling: Build and maintain complex data models for performance and scalability.
5. Testing and Troubleshooting: Ensure accuracy and reliability of Power BI models.
6. Platform Maintenance: Support data analytics platforms for efficient data processing.
7. Data Pipelines: Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, optimizing queries.
8. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with teams to align BI initiatives with business goals.
9. CI/CD Pipelines: Maintain automated deployment workflows.
10. Data Quality & Security: Uphold data integrity and security standards.
11. Support & Documentation: Provide technical support and create documentation.
12. Mentorship: Guide junior developers to foster growth.
13. Lead Projects: Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
14. Strategic Initiatives: Drive BI strategies aligned with organizational goals.
15. Advanced Data Analysis: Use statistical and predictive techniques to generate insights.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of BI experience, with project leadership and mentoring skills.
• Expertise in Power BI, data warehousing (Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric), and SQL/T-SQL.
• Strong data modeling, analysis, and visualization skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, data security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, SOX).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Understanding of data governance policies.
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
