The Role

The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst has responsibility for data, reporting, metrics, and analytics within the Finance practice at Lumen. This role will support the Business Intelligence Manager with analysis and project management activities. They will lead and provide guidance to the business on short and long term decisions and help drive performance.

Location and Schedule

This is a Work From Home position in the United States.

The Main Responsibilities

• Work with operations and process teams to translate business needs into requirements and recommend and build reporting solutions.
• Participate and contribute in the analysis and requirements gathering phase.
• Responsible for the development, testing and final delivery of scorecard metrics and/or reporting solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities and work across client groups to eliminate barriers and complete high quality projects in agreed upon time frames.
• Complete the analysis and requirements gathering phase, through the development, testing and final delivery of scorecard metrics and/or reporting solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• Demonstrated ability in dashboard and metrics creation in platforms such as PowerBI.
• PLSQL or TSQL experience.
• Database Management Systems experience such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata, Netezza or MySQL.
• Knowledge of legacy Qwest, Lumen and Savvis data, systems and processes including ordering, billing, financial and inventory systems highly desirable.
• Salesforce.com experience.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts.
• Combined IT and Business Operations background.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
