Job summary

Luminis Health is seeking an analytics professional to empower clinicians with data-driven insights that improve patient outcomes and sustainability of care. You will build analyses, dashboards, and automation using the Microsoft BI stack and Epic tools, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver actionable results.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of analytics experience, strong SQL skills, and Epic Billing or EpicCare certification anticipated within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Three years’ analytics experience and SQL experience.
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Epic Billing or EpicCare data model certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Build clear analyses and intuitive data visualizations; guide users and design analytics UX.
• Communicate with users, vendors, and leadership to align timelines and scope.
• Develop reports/tools with Epic, Radar, Qlikview, BO, and Microsoft BI stack.
• Document work and contribute to sustainable maintenance standards.
• Apply Agile principles to daily work.

Position Objective:

Join our analytics team and help us enable our healthcare providers to improve the lives of our patients. Essential Job Duties:

1. Builds clear and intuitive analyses of data to convey information quickly. Builds training curricula and guide users to ensure they are successful with the data we provide. Designs a beautiful user experience for analytics consumers.
2. Communicates effectively with users, vendors, and AAMC leadership to gain consensus on proper timelines, project scope, and ensure desired outcomes are met.
3. Develops reports and analytical tools using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar, Qlikview, Business Objects, and the Microsoft BI Stack. Gains a detailed understanding of the business operations driving analytics needs.
4. Documents work thoroughly and contribute to our culture of sustainable maintenance through adherence and creation of standards.
5. Applies Agile principles to daily work.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

The minimum level of education and experience for this position includes:

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines
• Three years’ experience performing analytics and experience with SQL.

Required License/Certifications:** **

• Epic Billing data model or EpicCare data model certification obtained within 6-months of hire.
