The Business Analyst serves as a critical bridge between business intent and execution, with ownership across the full delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Ability to learn and master new subject matter quickly, translate learnings into clear documentation, and communicate context clearly with team members and leadership.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving fortitude.
• Clear verbal and written communication; familiar with executive‑style summarization.
• Ability to work closely with Embedded team members and stakeholders to translate business needs into complete, executable requirements for business, risk, and product stakeholders.
• Ability to decompose complex initiatives into distinct workstreams, and to partner with cross‑functional teams (including Product Managers, Risk and Technology Partners, Legal Counsel, and Operations Team Members) to drive progress and deliver outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to obtain alignment across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to identify gaps or risks in the delivery process, and comfortable with highlighting potential blockers to cross‑functional teams and leadership.
• Familiarity with product and project management principles.
• Prior experience within financial services, specifically with exposure to risk, compliance, and regulatory concepts.
• Willing to work Hybrid.
