Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Senior Business Finance Analyst for AppDev within Google Customer Solutions in Mountain View, CA. You will lead financial planning, modeling and performance analyses to guide senior leadership on strategic decisions affecting product and portfolio performance.

This role offers you the opportunity to partner with Global App Developers (AppDev) (Google Customer Solutions) Leadership to build the future of the App Developers digital ecosystem. The AppDev team focuses on supporting and growing clients with mobile applications. Their main goal is to help these clients succeed and increase their investment in Google's app advertising solutions to drive installs and reengagement with their app.

In this role, you will work with executive sales leaders and key partners to enable robust decision-making by understanding their business, leading cross-functional efforts to grow the product area, and providing the strategic financial leadership required to manage complex portfolios. You will be a well-rounded top performer who can lead macro-business modeling initiatives and grow in a high-energy growth environment.

• Act as a Trusted advisor to Sales Leaders (Director+) on business performance and finance related priorities. Provide management with clear insights and recommendations.
• Drive projects and initiatives end-to-end for Financial Planning and Analysis and support large, cross-functional, complex projects and initiatives.
• Drive business strategy across the AppDev Business. Define financial analysis objectives, build top-line analytical frameworks, and effectively prioritize activities that highlight opportunities and gaps in programs/product/App verticals performance.
• Lead investigative deep dives separately in partnership with finance and cross-functional partners.
• Partner effectively with finance, sales, sales operations and strategy in country, regional and global teams. Partner closely with other Finance teams and Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) to drive aligned business strategies.
