To accelerate our scale-up, we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who thrives in complex sales environments and is passionate about securing critical infrastructure through smart, resilient communication.

Your Mission

Drive the go-to-market strategy and sales execution across high-value verticals (transport, defense, energy, finance, telecom).

Lead enterprise sales cycles (complex stakeholders, long sales processes, regulated procurement).

Identify and close strategic accounts and large-scale projects in Europe and beyond.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions for mission-critical use cases.

Shape our commercial offers, SaaS licensing models, and tender responses.

Build and manage strategic partnerships with integrators, operators, and resellers.

Your Profile

10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in enterprise software, cloud, telecom, security, or critical systems.

Strong track record with complex and high-stakes deals (public sector, large groups, regulated environments).

Deep understanding of compliance, security, and operational efficiency challenges.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.

Strategic mindset with C-level negotiation skills, and hands-on, entrepreneurial energy.
