Job summary

TLC Engineering Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to join our Orlando team. You will provide technical leadership to guide marketing efforts, ensure quality, and help craft appropriate project fees while maintaining strong client relationships.

As a senior team member, you will support regional leadership in achieving marketing goals and client expectations, leveraging your CPSM if available and your extensive A/E experience to drive growth.

Qualifications

• College degree in area of expertise preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in A/E environment.
• CPSM Preferred.
• Strong computer skills and software package knowledge.
• Demonstrated success in marketing efforts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• The Business Development Representative provides the necessary technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the staff to assure total quality of all marketing efforts, appropriate fee development and client contact.
