HART Recovery Care is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Senior Business Development Representative to help introduce and expand our in-home addiction treatment model in the Orange County and surrounding area.
This role targets building strategic referral partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and health plans, educating providers on our differentiated home-based care approach, and driving patient admissions through a robust market development plan.
Description
Help us change the way addiction treatment is delivered.
HART Recovery Care is pioneering a different approach to substance use disorder (SUD) treatment by bringing personalized, comprehensive addiction treatment directly into the comfort and privacy of patients' homes.
Traditional addiction treatment often requires individuals to leave their families, careers, and daily responsibilities to receive care in a facility. HART is challenging that model by delivering clinically supported treatment in the home, helping patients build lasting recovery while remaining connected to their everyday lives.
Our approach combines medical oversight, addiction therapy, recovery coaching, care coordination, and ongoing recovery support to create a personalized treatment experience designed around each patient's needs.
We are not looking to simply participate in the traditional addiction treatment market. We want to help redefine it.
As we expand into new markets, we are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial professionals who believe addiction treatment can be delivered differently and want to play a meaningful role in bringing this innovative model to patients, families, and healthcare partners.
HART Recovery Care is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented, and entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Representative to help introduce and expand our innovative in-home addiction treatment model, in the Orange County and surrounding area.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to do more than maintain an established referral network. We are looking for a market builder who is excited about challenging conventional approaches to addiction treatment, educating healthcare professionals on a differentiated model of care, and developing new referral partnerships.
The ideal candidate combines strong business development skills with a passion for behavioral healthcare, an ability to communicate a compelling value proposition, and the initiative to build a market for an emerging treatment offering.
This individual will be instrumental in establishing HART as a trusted treatment option among healthcare providers, behavioral health organizations, community partners, and other referral sources.
An entrepreneurial mindset: You are energized by building something new, creating opportunities, and helping establish a differentiated healthcare service in the marketplace.
A passion for disrupting the status quo: You believe there are better ways to deliver addiction treatment and are excited to challenge traditional assumptions about where and how care should occur.
A relationship builder: You develop trusted, long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals through credibility, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to helping patients.
A self-directed performer: You take ownership of your territory, identify opportunities independently, and are comfortable working in a growing organization where strategies continue to evolve.
A consultative communicator: You can educate healthcare professionals on a new model of care, address objections, and articulate why HART may be an appropriate solution for their patients.
A results-oriented professional: You understand that successful business development requires disciplined execution, measurable outcomes, and consistent follow-through.
Help build the future of addiction treatment.
HART offers the opportunity to be part of an emerging healthcare model designed to expand access to personalized addiction treatment beyond the walls of traditional facilities.
