Job Description:
- Candidate should have Service Sales experience and it is an individual contributor role.
- We need candidates who are experts in selling Digital/Email Marketing or SaaS-based products.
- A key responsibility is to acquire new clients through prospecting, engaging, selling, and contract closure.
- Candidate should have strong experience in selling Email Marketing and digital marketing or social media services.
- Experience working with agencies or vendors is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
- Initiate, build, and manage client relationships in the designated market segment or territory and achieve sales booking targets quarterly.
- Achieve quarterly and annual order booking/billing targets from new business (existing & new accounts).
- Achieve quarterly and annual order booking/billing targets from renewal business from existing clients.
- Achieve transaction-wise OM % for every managed client.
- Collect 100% of the Statement of Work (SoW) value within DSO limits (advance and milestone-based).
- Maintain prescribed levels of customer satisfaction for the assigned client set.
- Achieve a defined number of new logo acquisitions during the year.
- Provide timely reports, update data in the SFA tool, create account plans, initiate customer review calls, governance meetings, and facilitate executive meetings.
