Raleigh, NC | Full-Time Experienced Restoration Sales Professionals Only Uncapped Earning Potential
CareMaster is expanding our Raleigh operation and is seeking an established restoration industry sales and business development professional with a proven track record and an existing book of business.
This is not an entry-level sales position.
We are not looking for someone who wants to learn how to sell restoration services.
We are looking for someone who has already done it successfully.
If you have spent years developing trusted relationships with insurance professionals, commercial decision-makers, facility leaders, property professionals, healthcare organizations, senior living communities, or other referral partners-and those relationships know you, trust you, and take your calls-we want to have a confidential conversation with you.
CareMaster provides full-service property restoration, including emergency mitigation, water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and reconstruction.
We are looking for a proven Business Development professional who can help expand those services throughout Raleigh, Wake County, and the surrounding Triangle market.
You will have the opportunity to leverage the relationships and reputation you have already built while continuing to develop new strategic accounts.
There is no artificial ceiling on what the right person can earn.
If you can produce, we want your compensation to reflect it.
CareMaster is a 57-year-old restoration company serving Greenville and Raleigh, with plans to continue expanding into additional markets over the next five years.
We have built our organization around something simple:
At CareMaster, employees are not treated like numbers. We work hard to create an environment where good people can build long-term careers, develop professionally, and feel like they are part of something bigger than a job.
Many of our people make CareMaster their professional home because they are valued, supported, and given the opportunity to grow.
We are proud of our history, but we are equally focused on where we are going next.
As CareMaster continues to expand, we are investing in leadership, technology, sales infrastructure, marketing, operations, and new markets-and we are looking for experienced professionals who want to grow with us.
For the right person, this is not simply another sales position.
It is an opportunity to join an established company, become part of a close-knit team, and help shape the next chapter of CareMaster's growth.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have:
Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the property restoration industry
An established and active book of business or professional referral network

The ability to provide professional references who can verify your performance and reputation
The ability to provide client or referral-source references as the hiring process progresses
A demonstrated ability to independently develop opportunities and convert relationships into revenue
Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, and relationship-management skills
High personal integrity and a reputation for doing business professionally
Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with operations and leadership

Senior living and skilled nursing organizations
Educational institutions and campuses
Manufacturing and industrial facilities
Hospitality organizations

General contractors and industry partners
Other organizations capable of generating recurring restoration opportunities
We are interested in relationships that produce real opportunities, not simply a large contact list.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will:
Develop restoration opportunities from your existing professional network
Expand and strengthen CareMaster's presence throughout the Raleigh/Triangle market
Build long-term relationships with high-value referral partners and commercial accounts
Identify and pursue new strategic accounts
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, site visits, and relationship-development activities
Become a trusted restoration resource for clients before a loss occurs
Help clients understand CareMaster's emergency mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction capabilities
Work closely with operational leadership to ensure a seamless transition from relationship to project execution
Maintain accurate account, opportunity, and activity information within our CRM
Develop strategic account plans rather than relying solely on transactional prospecting
Participate in appropriate industry, networking, and community events
Protect and strengthen the relationships that generate business
We care about activity-but ultimately this position is about relationships, opportunities, revenue, and long-term account development.
The right candidate should be comfortable discussing:
Revenue generated
Major opportunities won
Territory growth
We understand that certain information from a current or former employer may be confidential, and we will never ask you to violate those obligations.
We will, however, expect successful candidates to be able to substantiate their professional track record through appropriate references and verifiable performance history.
