Senior Business Development Manager - Localization & QA Services - North America

Keywords Studios is a leading provider of creative and technical services to over 950 clients, including major AAA developers and publishers such as Microsoft, Bandai Namco, and PlayStation. With a global network of 75+ studios, we co-develop games and provide comprehensive support across all aspects of game development including Localization, QA, Audio Services, Art Production, Game Development, Marketing services, and more.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Business Development Managers to lead sales efforts for our services in 2025. We are looking for talent with a background in selling our Globalize services, specializing in QA, Localization, and Audio services. This role is fully remote from North America and involves driving strategic sales initiatives and cultivating client relationships to expand our service offerings and foster long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Service Line division, Client Partners, and Business Development Representatives to identify and target high-potential clients for Localization, QA, and Audio services.
  • Design and implement sales strategies tailored to prospective clients to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Partner with the Globalize Solutions Architecture team to qualify leads, ensure alignment with business goals, and manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide exceptional client support by managing expectations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Represent Keywords at industry trade conferences to enhance visibility and engagement.
  • Follow the company's sales methodology, produce reports, and track metrics for decision-making.
  • Support account management and client relationship building for strategic success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling Globalize Services in the gaming or adjacent industries.
  • Success in managing client relationships.
  • Experience with Language AI or testing automation solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with central functions supporting divisional growth.
  • Experience partnering with Solutions Architecture teams and representing service suites.
