Description and Responsibilities
- Own and manage XML/API connectivity with strategic FIT hotel clients.
- Lead the full connectivity lifecycle: onboarding, testing, mapping, certification, go-live, and ongoing optimization.
- Ensure stable, high-performing integrations, including availability, rates, booking flow, and confirmations.
- Optimize hotel content, including rates, availability, policies, and room types.
- Monitor booking conversion, error rates, and overall production performance.
- Identify gaps in connectivity, content, or performance and drive continuous improvements.
- Act as the technical point of contact for key strategic clients.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Contracting, Product, and Operations teams to align technical delivery with commercial goals.
- Support commercial discussions by providing technical feasibility, timelines, and integration requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, technology partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in business travel as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a FIT hotel wholesaler, B2B travel company, or OTA.
- Proven hands‑on experience managing XML/API connectivity with B2B clients.
- Strong understanding of hotel booking flows, XML structures, APIs, and content mapping logic.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and ensuring system stability, performance, and data accuracy.
- Ability to work with technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
- Fluent English required, additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience with large global wholesalers, high‑volume hotel inventories, or distributed international teams is an advantage.
