Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with the ability to interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Excellent written and verbal communications skills are vital, with attention to detail equally important. The Senior Business Development Manager will partner with the project team to produce high quality, professional work performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude, and behavior.
(for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craft working 25+ hours / week)
The base pay range for this role is $136,600 - $205,000. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.
