BIO-CAT and BIO-CAT Microbials, part of Lallemand, are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to help drive our next phase of growth.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who excels at developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative enzyme and microbial solutions. As a trusted advisor to customers and an influential member of our commercial team, you will play a key role in expanding market presence, generating revenue, and shaping long-term business success.

As part of Lallemand, we offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and support long-term career success. This position is eligible for an annual sales incentive targeted at 25% of base salary upon achievement of established sales goals.
