Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Business Development Leader to drive growth across the Wright-Patterson AFB (WPAFB) and Dayton, OH market. You will own the WPAFB growth strategy, build senior-level relationships, and shape opportunities across AFMC, AFLCMC, AFRL, the Rapid Sustainment Office (RSO), and C2/ISR mission portfolios.

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior leaders across AFMC HQ, AFLCMC PAEs, AFRL, RSO, and C2/ISR program offices
• Identify, qualify, and manage a robust opportunity pipeline across defense IT, R&D, and multi-domain mission areas
• Shape requirements and acquisition strategies through early customer engagement
• Lead competitive assessments, price-to-win strategies, and proposal development
• Represent SAIC at key community events as a thought leader in C2, ISR, and mission focused IT technologies
