Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Business Development Manager to advance Connected Products and Engine Health Management initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams, analyze data, and translate insights into strategic roadmaps that align with commercial goals.

You will collaborate with engineering, digital tech and services to drive growth, while balancing customer needs and enterprise objectives. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or related field with 10 years of experience; or advanced degree with 7 years in aerospace or related industry.
• Experience in program management and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support business development initiatives aligned with Enterprise and Connected Products strategy.
• Use operational data to support, maintain and improve the product.
• Identify, evaluate and execute opportunities driven by customer needs and market factors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop strategic plans and deliver program outcomes.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
