Job summary

Salas O’Brien in the Dallas area seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive business development for Haag’s services. You will build client relationships, generate leads, and manage accounts across the insurance sector and law firms, with substantial travel and a home-office setup.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proven CRM proficiency. You will report to the National Business Development Manager and contribute to strategic regional marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; industry experience a plus.
• Direct selling to insurance companies and law firms required.
• Experience with cloud platforms including filing systems and virtual calls.
• CRM software experience, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create effective plans for meeting with target clients.
• Generate new business leads via networking, trade shows, research, and online tools.
• Strengthen existing customer relationships.
