Job summary

MissionHires is looking for a Forensic Consultant in Dallas, Texas to lead forensic assessments and building rehabilitation projects. You will find and diagnose defects, oversee project execution, and manage relationships with clients. This role demands a combination of fieldwork, technical analysis, and management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, and/or construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience with structural, building envelope projects.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site investigations and field reviews of existing buildings.
• Prepare technical reports documenting conditions and recommended repairs.
• Act as a trusted advisor and develop client relationships.
