Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst, Business Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting large-scale technology transitions, platform implementations, or data migration initiatives.
• Proficiency with professional collaboration platforms, requirements management tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated experience with data lineage, source-to-target mapping, and workflow documentation is required.

Role Overview
