Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus extensive program management experience.
• Experience designing and delivering continuity training curricula and assessment.
• Strong knowledge of continuity standards and FEMA/DoD/IC directives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors Functional Analysts to meet performance goals.
• Oversees continuity planning, readiness reporting, and ESAs management.
• Manages alternate site operations and facility readiness as needed (up to 10%).
• Develops and coordinates training for Continuity Planning Tool (CPT) and NGA College.
• Represents the agency in IC continuity and mission assurance groups.
