Senior Business Consultant - ERP | Manufacturing Focus (Remote + Travel)

Are you a seasoned ERP professional ready to lead impactful transformation projects for manufacturing clients across the U.S.? We’re seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join a growing team and deliver best-in-class solutions leveraging Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine). This full-time, remote role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients while traveling to exciting projects as needed (25–50%).

What You'll Do:

1. Lead the implementation of ERP solutions (Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine) for discrete manufacturing organizations.
2. Analyze complex business processes and recommend system solutions.
3. Conduct business process modeling and drive operational improvements.
4. Deliver client-facing consulting, system configuration, end-user training, and support.
5. Develop project documentation and ensure successful system rollouts.
6. Collaborate remotely and on-site with stakeholders at all levels.

What We're Looking For:

1. 10+ years of experience with Infor CSI/SyteLine (versions 8, 9, or 10).
2. Strong background in manufacturing environments — financials, supply chain, production, planning, and costing.
3. Proven experience in ERP implementations and business consulting.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
5. High level of independence, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
6. Willingness to travel across the U.S. up to 50% (remote work between trips).
7. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship available).

Bonus Points For:

1. APICS/CPIM certifications, Lean/Six Sigma training.
2. Experience mentoring or leading project teams.
