What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Quality projects as the operational face of a consulting team, overseeing all aspects of delivery including scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines
- Manage the end-to-end design, build, and delivery of project deliverables to meet goals and objectives
- Identify and proactively solve client challenges
- Serve as a trusted client contact for strategic and operational inquiries, fostering relationships through various communication methods
- Support and mentor team members to enhance their skills and professional capabilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience in a strategic/management consulting organization
- Strong background in Life Sciences with a focus on the Quality value chain or related areas such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Safety
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to assess problems and convey solutions effectively
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required by engagements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Post-graduate-level qualification, such as a Ph.D., MD, or MBA
- Established network within the Top 20 Life Science companies
- Experience with digital technologies, including platforms, analytics tools, and SaaS solutions
